At this stage, we organize the work of the hotel regarding: the introduction of the brand on the market, the startdate of sales activities, the implementation of operating and management systems (e.g. PMS), staff recruitment and training, as well as introduction of the good practices and standards in all departments. On the opening day the hotel will have guaranteed occupancy and will be ready to meet the guests and provide high-quality services.
Apart from the excellent process organization and the service standards, the key element of the pre-opening is the successful introduction of a hotel on the market starting from day one.
